Service Delivery & Compliance
We deliver all services in line with the NDIS Practice Standards, participant support plans, and our approved registration scope.
Our services are delivered in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards, relevant legislation, and our approved NDIS registration scope. This means each participant’s supports are planned and provided based on their individual support plan, goals, risk profile, and preferred ways of communicating and making decisions.
Staff are trained and supervised to follow clear policies and procedures for safety, rights, privacy, incident management, and feedback and complaints.
We regularly review participant outcomes, documentation, and service records to make sure supports remain appropriate, safe, and within our registration scope.
Families, carers, and support coordinators are encouraged to be involved in planning, review meetings, and feedback so that supports stay transparent, responsive, and easy to understand.
