Our Story

Conze Disability Support was established to provide safe, consistent, and reliable disability supports across regional and metropolitan Western Australia, particularly for people with physical, intellectual, and complex support needs. Our founder’s experience across disability and health services highlighted a recurring issue: too many participants face service disruption, frequent staff changes, and providers operating beyond their capacity. Conze was created to do things differently. Registered as an NDIS provider in October 2024, Conze has taken a deliberate, quality-first approach, focusing on strong governance, workforce readiness, and compliance before commencing services. Based in York, WA, and providing services Perth-wide, Conze is committed to delivering well-planned, reliable supports through trained and supported workers, with growth guided by capability rather than volume.

Conze Disability Support provides services in York, the Wheatbelt, and the Perth metropolitan area, subject to capacity and participant needs.
