Farai Chipato
BASW (Hon), RSW UK, Dip HESW

Founder and MANAGING DIRECTOR

Farai Chipato is the Founder of the organisation, bringing over two decades of experience across disability support, autism services, social work, and community-based care in both the UK and Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Social Work and is a UK Registered Social Worker, with extensive professional development aligned to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework.

Her leadership is grounded in strong advocacy, ethical practice, and safeguarding. Farai remains deeply committed to ensuring that services are not only compliant, but are delivered with compassion, integrity, and a deep understanding of the people they support.

Zeph Chipato
Dip Dem Care, BSc Nursing, RN, MMHL

Operations

Zeph Chipato is the Operations Lead, bringing a strong background in nursing leadership, aged care, and health systems management. He holds a Master of Medical and Health Leadership (Distinction) and is a Registered Nurse, with extensive experience across acute hospital settings, community-based care, and aged care services.

As Operations Lead, Zeph is responsible for establishing and maintaining robust governance, compliant operational systems, and sustainable service delivery models aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards. He brings a calm, empathetic, and highly organised approach to leadership, ensuring that systems and processes remain participant-focused while supporting staff to deliver high-quality, consistent care.
